Responsibilities:
Candidates to coordinate interview sessions with hiring managers and potential employees
Contribute to the HR daily operations
Innovate and lead on various HR initiatives to impact the firm's culture
Assist in employer branding strategies to ensure higher talent acquisition and retention
Assist in preparing HR-related administrative tasks and documents
Participating in restructuring and improvement of compensation and benefits policy
Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR or any related field(s)
Logical and analytical thinking skills to process and rectify problems
Quick to adapt and understand the company’s HR structure
Innovative and passionate about HR
Good communication skills and hungry to learn
Able to commit at least 3 months/6 months
