We are looking for an experienced Account Development Executive to lead the development of the business across different categories. The Account Development Executive is responsible for identifying leads and business opportunities for the category as well as maintaining client accounts and generating more potential customers. He/She will ultimately responsible for delivering the commercial objectives and develop strategic techniques to grow the optical (lens) business in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the achievements of sales, growth and profitability of the assigned accounts
- Responsible for portfolio management (brands / products) ensuring ongoing success of specific brands or product lines
- Develop accounts to achieve sales growth objectives and execute key brands tactical plans
- Plan, organize and manage key account related activities that includes eye-care practitioners’ training, consumer road show, trade show, promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Provide after-sales support to customers
Requirements
- Diploma in Business / Marketing / Optometry or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ proven sales track records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to use basic excel skills and analyse data is a bonus
- Communication and people skills
- Passionate in engaging customers and provide excellent service
- Preferred own a vehicle
