Job Description

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You would be joining the regional HR team, SEA, Korea, India & Japan, based in Singapore. During your internship, you will assist team members in supporting various topics to harmonize in integrated countries across the regions. You would be collecting, analyzing and translating complex data into useful insights for efficient HR management across the regions for synergy, harmonization and simplification.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Support the project owners in coordinating with different stakeholders across the regions to understand and consolidate different data and current practices.
  • Analyze and translate into insight for the organization. This including but not limited to all type of bonus, incentive and commission scheme in different entities/ countries within the region.
  • Assist in conceptualize, develop, implementation of engagement survey in the regions.
  • Support in ad-hoc projects as and when required.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently studying with HR/ Business/ Management
  • Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Proven ability to churn the data and present the insights to the different level of stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels throughout the organization to have better insights in the reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent Microsoft PPT and expert in excel.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills
