Job Description

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Based in Singapore and integrated into the Regional HR team, you will support the full cycle of the talent acquisition function, with a key focus on fast turnaround openings in retail stores across Singapore and Malaysia.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • In partnership with the Recruiter, liaise closely with HR Business Partners to understand recruitment needs from the commercial team, including replacements and new store openings.
  • Lead internship hiring program
  • Support full cycle of recruitment, from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to interview scheduling and coordination, selection, offer management, employment contract issuance, and onboarding.
  • Identify and propose different channels of recruitment, including but not limited to job advertisement on relevant job portals, social media, liaising with relevant institutions, mass recruitment fairs, creating recruiting materials to attract applications.
  • Conduct baseline data analysis and charting to represent recruitment data for reporting purposes
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team in researching and brainstorming ideas to assist with understanding of various topics, and assist in moving projects from concept to execution
  • Supporting in onboarding activities.
  • Participate in additional ad hoc projects and recruitment activities as needed, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the team in achieving hiring goals.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS is a plus.
