Etiqa Insurance Pte Ltd – Intern, IT Helpdesk

Scope Overview

• Provide IT end-user support, IT security, cyber security assurance and compliance & documentation for scientific IT devices and systems. 
• Work with other IT teams within the IT Department (Infra, apps, solutions etc) to resolve IT security matters. 
• Conduct needs analysis and personalize the recommended solution or service in line with the business needs 
• Participate in communities of practice by sharing best practices, coaching and promote cyber security awareness to junior employees. 
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors. 

Requirements:

• Undergraduate / recently graduated university students
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Independent, driven, resourceful and meticulous 
• High sense of responsibility and integrity 
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
