Job Description

The Product Intern assists the Product Teams in championing and assuring the success of our F&B digitalisation programs which includes end to end project management, on-boarding of clients and supporting existing clients. You will work as a member of the Eunoia interdisciplinary team to create market-leading offerings for clients.

This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience and theory, entrepreneurial zeal, and boardroom polish. The Product Intern reports to the Product Executives..

Duties

Your role within an interdisciplinary team will vary from project to project, but some example briefs include:

1. Uncovering and articulating deep insights

∙ Gather requirements from clients on business requirements

∙ Help clients identify and develop new growth options

∙ Maintain a high degree of rigour throughout planning to discover insights

∙ Develop and test hypotheses with your team. Question the choices and iterate until you get it right

∙ Communicate proposed solutions with clients, liaise and follow up on the best possible solution

 

2. Design and monitor project delivery

∙ Track milestones and deliverables against project plan

∙ Assure the quality of project deliverables

∙ Test each development ticket and liaise with developers on bugs and enhancements

∙ Prepare internal & external status reports

∙ Maintain a strong relationship with clients by providing timely updates and reports

 

3. Setup and Onboarding of new clients

∙ Gathering required information to onboard clients

∙ Onboard enterprise and retail clients onto Eunoia Platform

∙ Provide training and guidance to clients on using Eunoia Platform

 

4. Support Product Team & Existing Clients

∙ Liaise with both internal and external team on issues and questions on the system

∙ Investigate and replicate reported issues to pinpoint the cause of failure

∙ Ticket down issues and liaise with the Product Team on fixes and enhancements

∙ Test ready tickets to ensure complete fix on the issues

∙ Follow up with all stakeholders
