- Handle incoming phone calls and direct calls
- Greet, welcome and attend to visitors
- Managing calendars, arranging meetings and events
- Assist Managers as and when assigned
- Maintains contract with vendors and suppliers
- Purchase office supplies/stationery and pantry supplies
- Managing calendars, arranging meetings and events
- Delivering general administrative work and support to the Top Management (such as expense reports) whenever it is necessary
- Assist in receiving invoices
- Liaise with external contractors regarding issues of maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
