Key Responsibilities
- Helping to place adverts and filter through candidates as dictated by project needs and in key markets identified as high need
- Reviewing existing recruitment methods within the Asia Pacific region to establish a “best practice” approach for recruiting new analysts alongside the Research Operations Advisor. This approach should include where to advertise, which partners to work with (for instance, universities in the region), testing procedures, fee recommendations and training that will include
- Liaising with internal teams throughout Asia Pacific to establish key recruitment priorities and how best to address urgent recruitment needs
- Ensuring contract documents are in place for both new and existing freelance contributors
- Support maintaining and updating recruitment tracking tools
- Support developing and promoting effective training materials for the region.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Human resources related majors preferred, Master students preferred
- Existing recruitment experience within the Asia Pacific region a plus
- Tenacity in the pursuit of information and a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent time-management, organization and self-motivation skills
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluency in English. Further languages an advantage
