- Data Entries
- Process hampers orders that are faxed from various outlet (estimated 200 – 500 orders per day)
- Liaise with internal and external warehouse to ensure orders and hampers are delivered on time.
- To send out SMS (using company phone) to customer after hampers have been delivered.
- Assist in tracking daily orders, ensuring that there are no missing orders.
- Coordinate with Retail outlets where necessary.
- Assist in other administrative and ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to complete task given in timely manner.
- Know basic excel and emailing
- Able to commit from 1 Dec 2024 to 28 January 2025
