EvenPanda is an online marketplace to help urban enthusiasts uncover the most original experiences in their city.
Anyone can host an activity of their passion, no matter if they are corporate workers, artists, housewives or CEOs. Listing on the marketplace is free. EvenPanda curates all the activities and handles all marketing, billing, etc and in returns charges an 18% transaction fee to the host.
EvenPanda is an international technology startup that graduated from the Silicon Valley-based incubator Founder Institute (http://www.fi.co). It is based out of Singapore and is looking to expand its ground team. EvenPanda recently launched in Singapore, Bali and Vienna and is planning to aggressively expand in emerging markets from Russia to Thailand.

======= Intern Job Scope =======
The person will be working with an international team of sales and marketing associates, managers and the founding team, to expand the user base in Singapore and Bali. The job will be broad and allow for a lot of creativity, initiative and hands-on learning. Coaching and support will be provided throughout. Responsibilities will include:
Primary responsibility:
• Weekly sales targets (jointly agreed) to identify new activity organizers ('hosts") and sell EvenPanda. This will be the primary responsibility.
Depending on intern skill and interests, other responsibilities may include marketing, event management and social media:
• Involvement in developing social media campaigns, blog posts and liaise with press and local magazines
• Involvement in organizing events
======= Job requirements =======
Interns need to be at least 18 year old (and preferably above 21),
Students of 18 year (and preferably 21 and above) may apply. No particular field of study, though a strong interest for business, technology, social media and management is a must. But most importantly, we are looking for someone with personality, a keen interest to broaden his/her worldview, can think independently and take initiative, and enjoys getting things done.
Oh and a good sense of humor and a love for Pandas, is very much welcome 🙂
