Job Scope:
Involved in assisting and coordinating all stages of events management:
o Pre- Event Conceptualizing, Planning, Coordinating
o Onsite Execution and Operations
o Post Event
- Assist to produce detailed proposals, budget, and presentations for project pitching
-Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-Coordinating logistics / equipment / resources for events.
-Coordination and liaison with relevant third party suppliers
-Overseeing Setup and Dismantling of Event
-Basic Logistics and Administrative Management Duties
Requirements:
-Able to work independently and as a team player.
•Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•Able to work late and on weekends when required.
•Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
•Flexible, initiative, meticulous, efficient and responsible.
•Great learning attitude
