About Internship
If you are looking for an internship where you can learn and apply client service, client management and project management in the technology sector, this internship opportunity may be right for you.
We are looking for someone who is a driven go-getter and takes ownership of a series of handling event projects to make our customer events successful, this role will be perfect for you.
You will be working closely with the Customer Success team and be coached and delegated to do project coordination with clients from Singapore and the international market.
You will also be involved in tasks in cross-functional areas in the Product, Sales, and Customer Experiences areas.
Key Responsibilities / You will be responsible for
Provide the top-notch customer experience for eventnook clients
Assist client service and operations
Assist client in onboarding new event setup and product support for event registration management
Assist in Onsite Registration Setup and Supervision
You may need to travel to manage some of the corporate events in the region
Assist in general operational activities and mini-projects
Skills and Background (Not Essential but would be a plus):
A student or a fresh graduate
Experience in Event Coordination / Customer Service / Communication / Sales would be plus
Preferred min. 6 months
A fresh graduate looking for a full-time position may be considered for a full-time role upon successfully completing the internship.
