Customer Success Internship

What we need

We need a driven, fast learner and passionate intern who will be part of our customer success team to provide great customer service to our customers and make our customer service great. This is a paid internship open to both undergraduates and fresh graduate students who are looking for job experience and exposure in customer facing role, event management, sales, operation and marketing.

Skills Required – communication, writing articles, event organizing, familiar with online tools, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..

IT Knowledge, Photoshop & video editing, volunteer experience with organizing events would be plus

Internship period: 3 to 12 months

What you will be doing

  • Learn to become an event registration and ticketing software expert and provide technical support to customers to ensure launching an event is smooth, easy and great experience with our service.
  • Provide onboarding product training to new and existing customers
  • Assisting sales team for necessary sales administration tasks
  • Coordination with customers for onsite event setup, equipment delivery, coordinating operation procedure and conducting product training to customers
  • Assisting in writing technical documentation, help guide and product brochure
  • Involved in helping out any general administration tasks required in sales and customer service functions as and when required
  • Helping out internal sales team for preparation of proposal documents
