Event Project Coordinator (Internship / Job Trainee 6 Months)

What You’ll Be Doing
Support Clients & Events: Assist customers with event setup, inquiries, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate Event Projects: Work alongside our team to ensure events run smoothly.
Learn & Master Our Platform: Get hands-on with our event technology to help clients maximize its potential.
Be On-Site at Events: Provide direct support to ensure everything goes as planned.
Improve Processes: Contribute ideas to improve internal workflows and documentation.
Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, product, operations teams and vendors.

Reliable – We need someone who takes ownership and follows through.Detail-Oriented – Events are all about precision!A Problem-Solver – You enjoy figuring things out and helping others.Adaptable – Things move fast, and we need someone who can keep up.Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with web-based tools (don’t worry, we’ll train you).A Team Player – You work well with others and are open to learning.Willing to Travel – Some oversea events may require on-site support.
Bonus Points if you have experience with event planning, customer service, or project coordination—but it’s not a must!
