We help any types of event organizers to save their time and budget, collect personal data of the event participants, and enhance the event ROI and value. We have worked hundreds over company Singapore and Japan, such as Beerfest Asia, Oktoberfest Asia, Craft Singapore, Oishii Japan, Tokyo Game Show etc.

While EventRegist was established in Tokyo Japan in 2011, the Singapore branch was established in Nov 2014. We are expanding our business in Singapore and ASEAN market.

Job Description

  1. Develop and grow new corporate accounts.
  2. Manage key sales accounts.
  3. Exceed all KPIs & Targets
  4. Online Research of potential clients
  5. Cold Email & calling to arrange meetings with potential clients for new business prospect
  6. Presenting solutions/products to potential clients
  7. Follow up the potential leads & customers, via phone, email, and face-to-face to educate about product.
  8. Determine client’s requirement and present your findings to project manager to act on
  9. Assist in writing sales proposal, sales slides and copy writing
  10. Supervise staff at onsite counters in clients’ event.
  11. Attend events to introduce EventRegist service to potential customers and users

In future, we are planning to elevate you to higher position, such as sales manager, and general manager if your performance is good.

We plan to raise your salary annually based on the performance.


Requirement

  • More than 2 years’ experience in corporate sales or sales in Event Management Company.
  • Minimum a Diploma in Sales, marketing etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must to form up all materials & engage with our team and customers
  • English & Chinese bilingual.
  • Energetic, results-driven personality with persistence and efficient time management
  • Overall strong communication & creative writing skills as well as high social media competency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Proficient in Google Search, Linked-in.
