We build and operate brands selling on the Amazon USA marketplace. We recently sold last company for 3 million SGD and we are in the process of building a new one. 

We are a small, close knit and experienced team striving for excellence in the e-commerce space. Central to our success is the ability and desire to rapidly grow our brands.

This role is great for an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting. You'll be working with a growing team of fellow ecommerce professionals who will develop your skills as you similarly contribute your expertise and knowledge.

Job Description
  • Day-to-day maintenance of keeping product listings successful on the Amazon marketplace
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including: price optimization, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative and more.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all products, coordinating with our finance team to ensure we are showing an accurate P&L.
  • Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape, marketplace rule changes).
  • Lead the transition effort when we acquire a business. This includes doing analysis of all information provided during diligence, migrating the prior seller's accounts (social media, email software, customer service management, etc.), developing a relationship with the seller to ask questions and doing an audit
  • Ensure we are providing a world class customer experience for your product portfolio
  • Partner with internal teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and facilitate successful, impactful new product launches and international expansion
  • Explore new product launch opportunities and execute such launches from sourcing to online store operations
  • Ensure products are always in stock, premium quality, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications
