Evergreen Group  provides a comprehensive range of products with more than 40,000 items in its product catalogue. Currently, there are 21 permanent front line staff and 3 part time staff.

Job Description

Responsible for the online maintenance of products and promotions, as Market Support  (on-line / off-line) you will be deeply involved in the customer journey. Working closely with the SALES team, you will be accountable for ensuring products are supported by imagery and content and are readily available to browse and purchase via the website. You will be flexible, highly self-motivated and positive with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a successful and productive team.

Displaying high attention to detail and a commitment to production of high quality tasks, you will also possess exceptional communicative abilities which can be used to successfully build relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities of our Web Administrator will include:

>Manage the publishing of product data and imagery to the website, in line with roll out to stores

>Maintain promotional offers on website, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Recommend and implement effective online merchandising, promotional cross and upsell

>Update product copy where necessary to ensure maximum sales - Maintain accurate record of online product offering completeness

> Report  & manage Day to day management of  promotional Campaigns

>Administer the start to end of the ecommerce / mobile shoppers. This entails fulfilment and customer centri services.
