EVFY – Logistic Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and conscientious Logistics Operations Intern to join the Evfy team! You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in supply planning, onboarding, and engagement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This internship position is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in supply chain management. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to meet customer demand.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in demand and supply.

• Spearhead the onboarding process for vendors, ensuring compliance requirements are met.

• Work with the tech team to digitise and automate processes for improved efficiency.

• Assist the operations team with daily tasks, such as routing, scheduling, and tracking deliveries.

• Maintain accurate and organised records related to vendors and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with digitization tools and automation software is a plus.

• Full-time internship with at least a 3 month commitment period

• For part-time internships, you must be able to commit at least 3 times per week
