Job Description
Job Overview:

Turn your awesomeness into a full-time passion. Our Juice Bar Managers are responsible for positively impacting the lives of others by sharing the benefits of healthy living and martial arts. They are self- motivated, confident professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the Evolve Brand: Ensure the customer service experience is up to standard for members (existing/ potential)
  • Learn and experience management: manage, supervise, and coordinate operations of the Juice Bar within the EVOLVE MMA facilities including; staffing, scheduling, food and beverage quality and quantity and facilities maintenance and service
  • Accounts/ administrative Management: Manage and administrate sales and budget for the Juice Bar
  • Food and Beverage Service Standards: Set and maintain high quality standards for the Juice Bar including; service, food quality, bar sanitation, orderly operation and staff service
  • Ensure that all food / drinks items are stored in a safe, fresh and sanitary manner

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Interpersonal savvy when interacting with both internal and external customers
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work shift hours
