Job Description
Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve a wide variety of complex customer issues
- Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via Evolve MMA's internal systems
- Investigate customer issues, including assistance with financial matters
- Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications
- Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Manage customer retention programs
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - including formal presentation skills
- Interpersonal savviness when interacting with internal employees and customers
- High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
- Singaporean/PR
