Job Description

At Evolve, our Operations teams are responsible for positively impacting the lives of others by sharing the benefits of healthy living and martial arts. They are driven,confident professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

The Role:

  • As an intern, you will work side-by-side with our industry’s brightest minds—receiving mentorship, training, and experience on the ground

  • Learn and display thorough knowledge of Evolve MMA Academy’s services andproducts

  • Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via the EvolveMMA Academy’sinternal system

  • Communicate and work closely with other departments; Marketing, Sales,Accounting and Business Development

  • Learn problem solving by helping to resolve customer issues

  • Maintain a premium and consistent standard, and brand

    across platforms; customer service, cleanliness, juice bar, academy experience etc.

  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications

  • Learn and experience the management of Evolve academy's customer retention

    programs

  • Learn about nutritious food and drinks by supporting Juice Bar operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Interpersonal savvy when interacting with employees and customers

  • Ability to work independently, and within a team

  • Ability to work retail/ shift hours

  • Embody high levels of ethics, values, integrity and trust
