The Job Role:
Responsibilities:
• Manage, supervise, coordinate and control operation of the Juice Bar within the Evolve Academy including; scheduling, food and beverage quality and quantity and facilities maintenance and service
• Set and maintain highest quality standards for the Juice Bar including service, food quality, bar sanitation, orderly operation and staff service
• Ensure that the customer service experience is up to standard for members (existing/ potential)
• Revamp the Juice Bar menu by creating/ suggesting new ideas for healthy, and nutritious food and beverage options
• Manage and administrate sales and budget for the Juice Bar
Requirements:
• Experience working within the Food & Beverage, or Service Industries: Cafes/ Restaurants/ Hotels, in any position(s)
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to work retail/ shift hours
Remuneration will be commensurate with the appropriate experience.
