- The ideal candidate will possess a sales background and a minimum of two years experience
- Proven, highly successful sales track record

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve a wide variety of complex customer issues
- Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via Evolve MMA’s internal systems
- Investigate customer issues, including assistance with finance matters
- Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications
- Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Manage customer retention programs
