Established in 2019, we have grown into an Education Technology company with a passion for empowering people with skills to stay relevant. As a Education Consultant, your primary objective is to empower individuals, particularly those from low-income households, to engage in continuous learning and upskilling to enhance their employability and overall quality of life. You will be responsible for conducting house visits to encourage and support residents in their pursuit of education and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Outreach, Training Needs Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ educational backgrounds, skills, and career aspirations during house visits.
Identify barriers to learning, such as financial constraints, lack of awareness, or confidence issues.
Education and Resource Provision:
Provide information on available educational programs, training courses, and resources tailored to the needs and interests of each household member.
Assist individuals in accessing financial aid, scholarships, and other support mechanisms to alleviate financial barriers to education.
Skill Development Support:
Offer guidance and encouragement to residents in setting realistic learning goals and developing personalized learning plans.
Connect individuals with relevant workshops, seminars, and community-based learning opportunities.
Follow-Up and Monitoring:
Maintain regular contact with households to monitor progress, provide ongoing support, and address any challenges or concerns.
Advocacy and Awareness:
Advocate for the initiatives that promote lifelong learning and equitable access to education for all members of the community.
Organize community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns to promote the value of continuous learning and upskilling.
