Job Description

• Increase customer base who likes to book our serviced apartments
• Develop new sales strategies that will acquire new corporate customer lead and strengthen relationship with existing customers
• Promote sales of our serviced apartment by performing cold-calling, door- to-door sales, attending conferences, events to generate leads and obtain new clients

• Grow corporate customer bookings by developing relationships with corporate clients
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities and process inbound sales inquiries to acquire new corporate customer base
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Conduct viewing of our apartments
• Good social network / influence
  Mandatory Requirements
  -Good in conversational and written English
  -Highly driven and motivated candidate
  -Candidates with experience in in real estate, hotel, property and online marketplace platform are highly preferred
  -Candidates with network or connections to HRs which deal with relocation from abroad are highly preferred
  -Preference to work in a fast paced startup environment
  -Competitive, outgoing, ambitious
  -Can-do attitude
  -Must be eligible to work in Singapore
  -Suitable for Singapore locals only
