Requirements:

Undergraduates with or without experience is welcome

• Good communication & Customer Service Skills

• Slim & Pleasant disposition

• Bilingual & can handle Mandarin speaking clients

• Able to do translation (Chinese – English) will be an advantage

• Temporary to full time position

Job Description

1.1 Ensuring effective merchandising of products, and maintaining convenient and attractive displays and range of products.

1.2 To consistently monitor the inventory level of products at the retail stores

1.3 Liaising with supervisor and trainers

1.4 Gather market information and research on competitors’ products.

1.5 Responsible for generating sales from tele-marketing and enquries.

1.6 To monitor the brand displays and products in the workshop and consistency to the image of the respective products and Brand

1.7 To gather feedback from customers for further enhancement and new marketing plans of the products

1.8 Measuring the effectiveness of advertisement or a promotion by collecting feedback

1.9 Contributing promotional concepts, ideas for product displays and set-ups.

1.10 Co-ordination on logistics for beauty woorkshop

1.11 Responsible for setting up and packing up.

1.12 Working with Operations to ensure smooth workflow for workshop

Any other tasks that may be assigned by marketing department and the management from time to time.
