Your Task
As Expro Venture's Business Associate, you are going to provide pre-sales and post-sales customer service support through phone and e-mail. While doing this, you'll have to ensure that you meet the KPIs for pre-sales support.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business/Finance from a reputable institution
Fresh Graduate or less than 2 years of experience
Tactful and meticulous
Good team-player skills and able to interact with people of all levels
Mobile, as this is not a desk-bound job
Singaporean/Singapore PR only
Ability and skills to challenge, influence and convince sales and marketing teams
Pro-active and self-motivated
Self-starter, capacity to build from scratch
Open and trustworthy, able to deal with different people and departments
Energetic and having a can-do mentality
Willing to learn new things and actively improving skills
Able to express and articulate key elements of ideas or concepts in a logical, descriptive and comprehensible manner, both verbal and written
