Eyeota, A Dun & Bradstreet Company is looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role reports to the Director of Global Business Operations and will be assisting in our reporting and ad-hoc analytics that support business decision making. You will be involved in operational decisions and discussions across many areas of the business and play a role in ensuring our revenue operations reporting and analysis are efficient and scalable. This role provides business operations support across the Digital Audiences division including revenue operations, business process improvement, technology operations and third-party engagement and compliance. You will work closely with many departments including Finance, Data Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Data Operations and Product.


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage usage reports: Collate, process, and standardize usage reports.
  • Conduct data cleansing, normalization, and mapping to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Update and keep track of monthly accruals calculation
  • Ensure the accuracy of records used for commission calculations.
  • Assist and where needed manage and execute ad-hoc report requests.
  • Support creating and maintaining dashboards.

Additional Skills and/or Certifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
  • Exposure to systems such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Looker a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of basic finance and accounting processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated to solve problems.
  • Good at examining, documenting, and understanding processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships.
