Position Overview
Eyeota is actively looking for a Data Operations Executive to join our team in the Singapore office. In Data Operations, you will work closely with our internal stakeholders, data suppliers and DSPs/DMPs. You will be responsible for daily operational tasks supporting the overall global business needs.
Your range of duties will include data suppliers integration, data activation, report preparation, troubleshooting and providing solutions from a technical feasibility standpoint. You will be the expert and go-to-person in providing solutions to clients and internal stakeholders based on their goals and requirements.
What Will You Do?
- Understand data suppliers business, types of supplier setups, advertisers buying behaviours, data audiences, taxonomy, user interface (UI) platform functionality and suppliers integration.
- Provide exceptional customer service by working closely and communicating effectively with internal teams and external data suppliers, attending to their questions and requests.
- Set up new online, offline and mobile data suppliers using the system UI.
- Ensure data integrity and setup consistency in UI by managing data collection from multiple sources.
- Work closely with Data Operations, Platforms team (DOP) to support efficiency of data activation to our platform partners.
- Track and prepare quarterly taxonomy updates which will be used to send to Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs).
- Monitoring and reporting on supply data flow on a regular basis through the use of SuperSet and Tableau to ensure the system is operating as expected.
- Take up ad-hoc projects to facilitate and improve operational flows and tools.
- Troubleshooting of integrations and issues and resolving them with internal Technology Team and external clients.
- Work closely with Account Management team in New York City, London, Sydney and Singapore offices.
- Document new integrations and processes.
Who Are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 to 3 years of online advertising technology working experience preferably in the advertising or online audiences space.
- Able to translate business needs into technical requirements to Technology Team and vice versa to business users.
- Passionate and excited about advertising technologies.
- Comfortable working against timelines and multiple projects.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, with a great attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
- A self-learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, both business and technical.
- A good listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs.
- A team player with experience working with sales, product, and technology teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
