• Provide support in delivery of products according to customer orders.
• Plan and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers
• Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address.
• Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance
• Respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns from customers
• Communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders in group chats to achieve mutual satisfaction
• Support to process part-time driver payrolls
• Assisting the Delivery Manager
• Occasional stand-by duty for enquiries
