Candidates will have the opportunity to work with experienced logistic coordinators and managers to learn more about the inner workings of a fast-paced logistics industry in one of Singapore's top E-commerce company.
- Assist in checking with drivers on neighborhood delivery matters
- Liaise with Customer service team to solve any parcel issues and check on status of any uncollected parcels
- Analyze feedbacks from neighborhood drivers and resolve any probable cause of concerns
- Use internal warehouse system to source for and keep track of parcel status
- Maintain the fixed assets used by the delivery team by keeping record and conducting monthly checks
- Handle administrative matters related to the delivery team
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit for 4 months and above
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking drivers)
