Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintaining records and databases.
Research on companies
Communication:
Acting as a point of contact for management team and vendors.
Handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Distributing memos and updates.
Documentation and Filing:
Managing physical and electronic records.
Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Filing important documents systematically.
Event and Project Management:
Organizing company events, meetings, or training sessions.
Assisting in project planning and execution.
Tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Adhoc Duties as Assigned
