Job Description
Finance Assistant (6 Months Contract)
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up on collections from customers and update receipts daily. Some credit control required.
- Generate and print invoices in accordance with supporting DO, certifications or handover letters.
- Perform reconciliations and matching of bank reconciliation, AR and deposit accounts, including commercial invoices.
- Analyse AR aging and calculate bad debt provision monthly.
- Maintain reconciliations for bank, AR and deposit accounts monthly.
- Generate invoices, proforma, debit and credit notes on timely basis.
- Send out monthly statement of accounts and follow up with customers.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Good administrative skills.
- Fast learner.
- Proactive & good attitude.
