Job Description
1) Sourcing, negotiating and process Purchase Orders
2) Monitor and ensure materials / stocks availability
3) Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
4) Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
5) Maintain updated purchasing records / data
Detailed training activities/job scope to achieve students’ learning outcomes:
1) Well-trained in SAP system
2) Communicate effectively in talking and liaising with vendors
3) To perform a variety of office procedures
4) Demonstrate knowledge and understand of purchasing and inventory control processes
5) Plan and ensure material / stocks availability
Job Requirements for the Interns:
1) Purchasing / Material Management background
2) Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Outlook
3) Bilingual in English and Mandarin
4) Able to organize and prioritize tasks well under tight deadlines
5) Analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills
6) Good knowledge in contracting and strong negotiation skill
7) Good working attitude
8) Aggressive, able to work independently in a dynamic environment
