Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare monthly sales report.
  • To ensure all documents like sales quotations, customer’s purchase orders, delivery orders, consignment notes and invoices are properly filed and stored.
  • To liaise with customer on monthly forecast.
  • To ensure on time delivery to customers.
  • To liaise with purchaser, production and logistics department to acknowledge on sales order processing.
  • To liaise with purchaser on back to back trading items.
  • To create customer master card in SAP for new inventory item and new customer card
  • To enter sales order into SAP
  • To prepare relevant documents for delivery to customer.
  • To monitor status of customer’s outstanding order.
  • To co-ordinate customer’s compliant to relevant department.
  • To provide weekly sales update to sales department.
  • Reporting to the Customer Service Executive (HOD).

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least “O” Level or SPM.
  • Relevant customer service experience will have an added advantage.
  • Good team player and communication skills
  • High degree of ability to adapt to evolving conditions
