Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the FMCG or food supply industry while supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sales, marketing, and client relationship management, with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to business growth.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities within the FMCG and food supply sectors.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute insights to improve outcomes.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and digital content for sales initiatives.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Support the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Communicate updates about products, promotions, and new offerings to clients.

  • Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and proposals.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.

  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning discussions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign outcomes.

  • Provide actionable insights based on client feedback and market research.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Passion for sales and marketing, with an eagerness to learn in the FMCG or food supply industry.

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
