Responsibilities
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales and Operations Intern at Farmio. As a key contributor to our team, you will support the daily activities of both our sales and operations teams. Your responsibilities will include business research, organizing and managing customer and product data, creating sales reports, and assisting with sales training. Additionally, you will collaborate with the operation team to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Lead market research initiatives to uncover new sales opportunities and potential high-value clients.
- Develop and refine advanced sales strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Oversee the management and organization of comprehensive customer and product databases for strategic use by the sales team.
- Create and supervise the production of detailed sales reports to evaluate progress and performance at the executive level.
- Direct sales training programs and oversee the onboarding process for senior team members.
- Enhance and maintain strategic relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate closely with the operations leadership to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of industry-leading operational strategies to streamline and improve business processes.
- Represent the company in high-stakes client meetings and provide expert translation or interpretation when required.
What Farmio is looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any disciplines.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or operations is a plus but not required.
