• Manage and grow FastJobs' social media accounts
• Conceptualise and produce engaging and viral social content
• Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
• Provide community support to our audience base
• Support any other exciting tasks with the marketing team
The success of this role will be measured on the following criteria:
• User base growth and engagement
• Data-driven approach in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Constructive collaboration with the FastJobs team
As a successful applicant, you will have:
• A good sense of the latest trends
• Experience using and creating content on different social media channels
• A can-do attitude and a proactive work style, taking initiative to respond and propose solutions without being closely managed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high energy environment
• Strong collaborative player with excellent attitude and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise, multi-task and follow-up with an eye for detail
