Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to assist with recruitment and hiring efforts for a variety of roles within the company. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and learn about the field of talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with hiring managers and candidates
  • Help with candidate screening and evaluation, including conducting initial phone screens and reviewing resumes
  • Provide administrative support to the TA team, including maintaining candidate records and scheduling meetings
  • Work on special projects, such as creating recruitment campaigns, researching best practices, or analyzing data to improve the recruitment process
  • Learn and develop recruitment process, best practices, and tools

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program or recently graduated
  • Strong interest in the field of talent acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
