Assist on a rotational basis with
§ Core accounts team functions – accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
§ Month end preparation – general ledger reconciliation and closing of books. Preparation of reporting packs for submission to global HQ.
§ Audit – testing transaction samples to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
§ Business analytics and reporting – preparation of management reporting and analysis of results.
Required experience
and knowledge:
§ Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
§ Strong and confident Excel skills including the use of filters, pivots and formulas.
§ Proficient in MS Office products (Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
