Job Description
Shoes are more than a fashion icon, shoes are needed for us to walk around comfortably to places and maybe even for carrying out tasks or playing sports. Hence, it is absolutely necessary for us to take care of our feet properly, which is exactly what we aim to help our clients with at FeetCare.
Job Scope
Answer phone calls and answering inquiries
Assisting clients with fitting session
Take orders from existing customers
Arrange delivery of products for customers
Scheduling of appointments for walk-in and home fittings
Support the team in daily tasks
Requirements
Job Requirements - Bilingual (English and Mandarin)
