- Send out event invitations, reminders, and confirmations.
- Answer basic inquiries related to the events.
- Maintain an organized contact list and database.
- Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support, event coordination, or administrative tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using email tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
