Job Description

Job Requirement:

1. Sales Analysis and Product Research

  1. Learn to use Power BI system in Fendi and to conduct sales reports for insights
  2. Conduct market research to understand current trends and consumer preferences on assigned category
  3. Research competitors’ merchandising strategies.

2. Stock & Inventory Management

  1. Participate in the process of store stock request fulfilment
  2. Manage stock rebalancing and coordination with Supply chain team on stock allocation

3. Product Assortment Planning

  1. Aid in the selection and assortment planning process by analyzing past sales and market trends
  2. Use Power BI reports to general meaningful insights on store performances to assist in assortment planning

4. Collection Launch Planning

  1. Assist in planning and coordinating in stock allocation by store for every collection launch
  2. Prepare collection launch documents such as product maps & pricing

5. WOF Events / MTO orders

  1. Prepare product assortment mapping & work with Supply Chain team on Cites followups
  2. Follow up on Leathergoods & Fur MTO Orders with HQ

6. Customer Insights

  1. Gather customer feedback and insights from Stores to help refine merchandising strategies.
  2. Conduct surveys or focus groups to understand customer preferences.

7. Collaboration with internal departments

  1. Work with CRM & VM team

8. Networking

  1. Build relationships with other departments and office team

Requirements:

  • Ideally, candidate should be an undergraduate / graduate pursuing a degree in a related discipline (e.g. Fashion buying, merchandising, business management etc)
  • A good inquisitively towards finer details, able to perform some basic analysis and probe for variances / trends
  • Good excel skillset with the ability to execute some formulas such as vlookup /pivot table and macros
  • Good people skills, as this role involves interactions with various stakeholders within/across departments
  • Ability to commit a full-time schedule over a period of 5-6 months.
