Ferragamo (Singapore) Pte Ltd – Retail Operation Intern

As a Retail Operations Intern in Ferragamo Singapore, you will be reporting to the Retail Director, SEA. To support the day to day operation needs and be involved in executing new initiatives/processes together with the retail teams. you will also be supporting the retail business unit and contribute to deliver service and operations excellence across our retail stores in South East Asia.

Retail Operation

Assist in planning, organisation and execution of new initiative, operational procedures, training, inventory stock take and present where required.

Generate and prepare retail performance related report, including daily sales report, weekly roster reports, store sales performance, store KPI reports, and other reports per request.

Provide support for store environment and facilities maintenance for all stores.

To provide administrative and logistic support to SEA team.

Support in the set up of policies for store, identify best practices and access how these can be implemented in our day-to-day operation

Inventory Management 

Inventory management such as staff uniform and stock management.

Coordinate with vendors and partners for on time supply, delivery and set up for POS instore.

Any ad hoc retail related projects or store request

Job Requirement

Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills to manage many concurrent works.

Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, proactive, a good team player with can-do-attitude.

Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Passion and interest in luxury fashion industry.
