Festo Pte Ltd – Junior QA Intern

Responsibilities:

• Participate in incoming quality control activities such as receiving inspections of 3rd party materials or parts.
• Participate and perform in receiving for non-production material via MIGO. Verify service completion/goods received and informs the relevant requester that goods are ready for collection.
• Ensure proper closure on customer compliant by input investigation results into SAP.
• Ensure proper documentation filing into the SharePoint system for Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety related documents.
• Monitor and release the controlled documents to all relevant departments.
• Assist to monitor, follow-up and ensure that the Quality & Environmental Management System activities of SEA countries such as internal/external audits will be carried out as planned.
• Follow-up audit findings with auditees of SEA countries to ensure corrective actions are taken within the timeline.
• Assist in administrative works and any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in ISO9001:2015 will be an added advantage.
• Language Skills: English (Excellent in writing and speaking)
• Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Others:

• Preferred discipline of study: Engineering related disciplines 
• Time Period: 3 months from February or March 2021
• Working hours: 42.5 hours per week
• Monthly Training Allowance: $600 to $1,000 (depending on educational qualification)
