fewStones Pte Ltd – Junior Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Relationship Manager who is passionate about video production. 

While working at fewStones, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, researching new clients to better pitch your ideas. Whether it be large or small companies, you’ll be expected to build positive long-term client relationships. You’ll pitch to new clients, provide quotations based on budget requirements and work with the Creative Director and Production team to share briefs and introduce clients.

You will report to the Senior Relationship Manager and collaborate with other Junior Relationship Managers while carrying out your tasks.

So, what about the role?

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering clients and prospects requests

We receive a lot of requests from prospects and from existing clients. A large portion of your time will be dedicated to answering these requests and finding new leads. 

• Respond to requests in a prompt manner

• Work with senior sales to dissect the brief and create questions that would help to form a quotation

• Prepare commercial proposals according to the project requirements with the help of Senior RM

• Coordinate with the Creative Director to prepare concepts to pitch prospects

• Follow-ups with prospects and clients on proposals

• Report in the CRM

• Shadow team members to learn communication skills when trying to sell to a client or prospect

Nurturing relationships with clients

• Keep up to date of latest trends in the industry

• Discuss and brainstorm new ideas for clients with team members

• Follow up with clients and expand your network within their organisation

Once projects are signed, brief projects to the production team and introduce to clients during kick-off meetings
