Job Description

Are you passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and eager to kickstart your career in business development? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Assistant Intern.

About the role

As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a talented intern to contribute to our sales and business development activities.

Answering clients and prospects requests

  • Respond to requests in a prompt manner

  • Work with senior sales to dissect the brief and create questions that would help to form a quotation

  • Prepare commercial proposals according to the project requirements with the help of Senior RM

  • Coordinate with the Creative Director to prepare concepts to pitch prospects

  • Follow-ups with prospects and clients on proposals

  • Report in the CRM

  • Shadow team members to learn communication skills when trying to sell to a client or prospect

Finding new leads

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential clients and partnerships.

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

  • Assist in the creation and presentation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.

  • Support the coordination of meetings, events, and networking activities to foster relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance business strategies.

You’d be great for this role if…

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • You have eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards challenges.

  • You have passion for business development and a keen interest in Creative/Media industry.
