As a Video Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our video production team throughout the entire production process. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of video production.
What you’ll do…
Support and assist in the setup and breakdown of video shoots, including lighting, camera equipment, and props. Creating log sheets and keeping notes if needed.
Manage and organise equipment inventory.
Coordinate talent and crew schedules.
Assist in sorting and organising footage.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content.
Perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the video production process.
Attending site recces with team when needed.
Managing production logistics on shoots
Confident when communicating with clients on shoot, conducting basic interviews on set when required
What you’ll have…
A diploma or relevant coursework in film, video production, or a related field is a plus.
Basic knowledge of video production.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
Passion for the creative process and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of video production.
Flexibility to adapt to multiple situations and an open mind.
