fewStones Pte Ltd is a dynamic Video Production agency, covering a spectrum of projects across 2D, 3D and Live Action. Whilst working at fewStones, you’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own, working 360 from Storyboard to final product. Each project is diverse and unique, due to our large client scope across various industries. Whether it be large or smalls companies, you’ll be expected to build positive client relationships throughout each stage of production, whilst managing a team of editors through online platforms. fewStones is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to generate and try new ideas, whilst developing existing skills. Here is a few of your day to days…
- Manage and schedule project timelines whilst working towards tight deadlines.
- Schedule shoots according to client and freelancer’s availability.
- Attend and direct shoots.
- Create project briefs for editors, clients and freelancers.
- Attend project kick-off meetings.
- Produce innovative content, including your own creativity and ideas.
- Manage team resources and task allocation through online platforms.
- Define project briefs in collaboration with the relevant people in the team.
- Adapt to various industries through basic research according to each client.
- Check quality of content before delivering videos to clients.
- Assist the Deputy General Manager whenever necessary, including in responding to commercial enquiries.
- Contribute to build client relationships for recurring projects and upsells.
- Ensure that data is stored and organized.
- Liaise with admin team for issuance of invoices and follow up on payments.
You’d be great for this role if…
- 2-3 years working as a Producer, or similar within the media industry
- Worked on shoot, directing/shooting
- Adaptable to projects briefs, whether it be by industry or style of video
- Scheduling project timelines for pressured deadlines
- Competent when using Adobe Premiere
- Experience in a client facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship skills (English)
We’d be super impressed if…
- Competent when using After Effects
- Experience shooting and directing
- Have a good idea of budgeting
- Confident script writer
