FibreTrace – Client Technical Assistant

FibreTrace is expanding and we would like to hire resources in Singapore to support our international business, under the title, Client Technical Assistant.

Reporting our CIO in Singapore, the day-to-day duties are envisaged to cover; onboarding new clients. Data entry of their detail into our systems. Helping them get full value from our tools and services. Customer facing aspects of the role would include liaising with international clients, partners and colleagues, to ensure that we have the relevant business information added accurately to our systems and on schedule. Additional duties include business testing of new services, updating business documentation e.g. user guides and tutorials and handling adhoc customer support requests. Therefore the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and experience with web content management systems would be essential. 

The business is very technical and includes hardware, high-end software including blockchains and AI, plus physical integration in global supply chains, primarily in the Fashion industry. Training will be provided and the experience will give the successful candidate working exposure to a wide range of disciplines. 

Due to COVID the role is flexible on location and supports home working as well as periodic office meetings. You will need to be self motivated and independent character who can deliver results under your own supervision. The global nature of the business may require occasional calls or meeting outside M-F 9-5 core hours, but any agreed package will compensate for that.

The role(s) available are either for Freelance, where an hourly rate and availability will be agreed. Or the role is suitable Interns (from a technical background e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, web based software development skills is a benefit but not essential). Or as a fixed term contract for candidates looking for a new career. Salary and package obvious varies depending on the nature of our employment and experience. Singapore PR or Citizens with excellent oral and written English are preferred.
